Visualizing the Narrative of Judges
Objective
Create a compelling, narrative-driven visual identity for Southern Hills Church's "Judges: Heroes and Fools" series. The goal was to illustrate the thematic patterns of the Book of Judges and ultimately point congregants to Jesus as the true hero and solution.
Creative Approach & Deliverables
To transform the series from an auditory experience into an action-packed visual narrative, I developed a distinct comic book-inspired aesthetic:
• Visual Direction: Designed slide templates featuring comic book-style text boxes to frame the narrative.
• Custom Imagery: Utilized artificial intelligence to generate unique, evocative visuals that brought the stories of Judges to life.
• Promotional Assets: Produced a full suite of materials, including social media graphics, posters, and postcard invites.
Impact & Results
The immersive design significantly enhanced engagement and spiritual impact:
